Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Komish, the booking and commission app operated by Sixth Sense Intelligence FZCO, Dubai, UAE (“Komish”, “we”). By creating an account or using Komish, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Komish
- You must be 21 or older.
- You are responsible for having any licence, freelance permit or employer approval your work requires. If you are employed (for example by a hotel or a chauffeur company), make sure your employer allows you to receive commission before you accept any.
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
2. How bookings work
- When you request a table, we pass the request to the venue. The venue decides whether to confirm it; we cannot guarantee a table, a time or a minimum spend.
- The venue, not Komish, provides the service on the night and is responsible for it.
- Only tell a client their table is confirmed once Komish shows it as confirmed.
- Only make genuine requests, with accurate details, and only enter a client’s details with their permission.
3. Commission
- The rate shown for each venue is the commission you earn on that venue’s bill. A venue’s own rules (such as minimum spends or day-specific rates) can apply.
- Commission is earned on the bill the venue reports for your booking, and becomes payable once the venue has paid Komish.
- We may hold, adjust or reverse commission if a venue disputes, corrects or does not pay a bill, if a booking was a no-show, or if we suspect misuse.
- Payouts go to the bank account in your Profile. You are responsible for any tax on your earnings.
4. Membership standard
- Members need AED 10,000 of booked tables per calendar month to stay active.
- You can freeze your account for up to 90 days per calendar year; the standard is paused while you are frozen.
- We may remove an account that does not meet the standard, or one that breaks these terms. Commission you have already earned on bills the venue has paid remains payable if your account is removed or deleted.
5. Fair dealing
- No fake, duplicate or misleading bookings, and no attempts to manipulate commission, the leaderboard or the booking bot.
- Do not offer or accept bribes or improper payments in connection with Komish.
- Do not use Komish to arrange a booking and then settle the commission for that same booking directly with the venue.
- Treat venues, their staff and your clients with respect, and follow each venue’s rules.
6. Content and conduct
Your name and profile photo must be your own and appropriate. We may remove content or suspend accounts that are abusive, misleading or unlawful.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; we will pay out earned commission as described in section 4.
8. Liability
Komish is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for a venue’s decisions or service, or for a client’s conduct. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid to you in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we will update the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
